Busy Weekend

This weekend I went to Andrew & Patti's to hang out and go to a fall festival where Patti's grandmother lives. I got to see a lumberjack competition and tractor pull. I must tell you though, the lumberjack competition got addictive. I've never seen one, but it was awesome. If you check out their link to the right, you'll see some pictures.

Yesterday I went to my parent's house where Michael and I will be staying while he's home on R&R. Stud came with me and he's a bit nervous. He doesn't do well with moves. Hopefully he'll have a good day home alone and get himself used to new surroundings and sounds. He's normally very skittish, but it's a bit worse now.

Michael should be home sometime tomorrow if all goes well. At least that was the plan still as of last night. Things can always change in the military. I will post when he gets here so that you all know he's landed safely.
