Wierd Moment!!
So I'm driving to work this morning and i'm leaving the community that we live in and as I turn the corner there's this man walking down the street playing the accordian. I thought to myself, wierd, but it's Italy. Anyway, he gave me the headnod and i nodded back. But as I was watching him I noticed that he was looking up and down at the complexes he was walking past. I drove through the gate and saw my friend Adam that I work with and honked at hime to give him a ride. So I told him what happened and he said, "Well, don't be surprised if there's some break-ins that happen". I thought back to what the man looked like and he looked like a gypsy to me. Well, I guess my car will be parked behind the building for the next few night, but I've got to get Michael's car back there too.
It's sad that the first thing you think of when you see a strange sight like that is will he break into my car??? You just never really see something like that happen in the states. Could you imagine someone walking down your street playing an accordian for no apparent reason?? It reminds me of my old street in Bloomfield - people would've been outside yelling at him, or the cops would've turned up!
I won't worry too much, I've ot protection at home in the body of a cat named Stud - or as I call him Studley and Michael calls him Studabaker. Family of Michael I know he's highly allergic - it was all his idea since I wouldn't let him get a dog at this moment. That has to wait until we leave the military. He thinks it's a good thing to keep me company when he's gone. Well it's working, but he's somewhat paying for it with the watery eyes, runny nose, wheezing, etc. You know how he is, once he gets an idea in his head, there's really no stopping him. I'll post pics of Studley as soon as i can.
Have a great day!!!!
